How Do I Deal With Loud Music?

Posted by admin on October 31st, 2009

I live in an apartment complex and the apartment unit below mine is always, I mean always playing loud music. I have contacted the landlord as well as the manager about it but they have done absolutely nothing. I mean , I don’t have a problem with loud music but if my whole apartment floor starts to shake, then that becomes a problem. I am afraid to confont my neighbors because we already have a history of conflict. They are the types of people that make all these complaints yet they themselves refuse follow the rules. This nieghbor of mine has like 5 other people in the apartment she’s good friends with. AND in the past, she has been successful in kicking out people that complained about her. So what should I do with the situation? How can I tell her to stop playing her music without fear of retaliation? thanks.,
